- How long does delivery take?
- Inside Dhaka it is 1–2 working days. Outside Dhaka it is 2–4 working days.
- Is cash on delivery available?
- Yes, cash on delivery is available all over Bangladesh. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you.
- I want to pay in advance — how?
- Choose bKash or Nagad at checkout and follow the instructions, or send the amount and share the transaction ID with us.
- Can I return a product I do not like?
- Yes, within 7 days of delivery if it is unused and undamaged. Return courier charges are paid by the customer.
- How should I wash the fabric?
- Hand wash in cold water, do not bleach, and dry in the shade to keep the colours bright.
- Do you take wholesale orders?
- Yes. Wholesale pricing starts at 20 sets. Message us on WhatsApp with your requirement.
